To register for Orchestra, students and their parent/guardian(s) must follow the steps below by August 21st:

 

1) Please review the handbook thoroughly before completing the contract.

 

2) The Orchestra Contract may be completed using the google form link below, or it can be submitted to Mr. DePriest using the forms in the handbook. You do not need to do both.

3) The Instrument Agreement (for school owned instruments) may be completed using the google form link below, or it can be submitted to Mr. DePriest using the forms in the handbook. You do not need to do both. If you own your instrument, or are renting from a local music store, skip to step 4.

4) Please fundraise or pay the cost of your child's string fees as listed in the handbook by September 4th.  You can pay through SchoolCash Online, or stop by the school's office, or just send cash, check, or money order with your child made out to Cane Bay Middle School.
