To register for Orchestra, students and their parent/guardian(s) must follow the steps below by August 22nd:

 

1) Please review the handbook thoroughly before completing the contract.

 

2) The Orchestra Contract may be completed using the google form link below, or it can be submitted to Mr. DePriest using the forms in the handbook. You do not need to do both.

3) The Instrument Agreement (for school owned instruments) may be completed using the google form link below, or it can be submitted to Mr. DePriest using the forms in the handbook. You do not need to do both. If you own your instrument, or are renting from a local music store, skip to step 4.

4) Please fundraise or pay the cost of your child's string fees as listed in the handbook by September 5th.  You can stop by the school's office or send cash, check, or money order with your child made out to Cane Bay Middle School.
